Betsy Bailey

Partner and Art Director

Betsy Bailey has years of experience in exhibit design, graphic design, space planning, art direction and branding. After receiving a degree in Fine Arts from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Betsy worked in the design department at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Asian Art, Washington DC. Betsy is an accomplished fine artist, loves family, friends, travel, tennis and her dog, Bradley.

Paula Donovan Olsen

Partner

Paula has been working in Marketing Communications for many years. She earned a BA in English from U Mass, Masters degree from Northeastern University in Communications and an MBA from Simmons College. She worked as a Marketing Communications manager in several firms before starting her own graphic design firm, Desktop Marketing Associates in 1986. In 1993, Paula and Betsy merged their talents and formed BaileyDonovan. Paula enjoys her family, tennis, travel, and her dog, Finn.

Rob Kovacs

Web Design and Development

Rob graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Information Technology and Informatics. He designs and develops high-quality custom web sites with a focus on user experience.

Stephen T. Marcouillier

Engineering and Fabrication

Steve has worked closely with BaileyDonovan over the past 18 years as an exhibit designer, fabricator and installer. Steve has installed exhibits throughout the New England including sites at MIT, Prudential Skywalk, Public Service of NH and more. Steve’s knowledge of architectural history and his clever problem solving skills bring integrity to each project.

Marcia Morgan

Marketing Consulting

Marcia provides marketing consulting, implementation and SEO. She provides clients with complimentary SEO assessment and specializes in organic search engine optimization (SEO), helping businesses get found on the Internet by carefully editing and tweaking the site's content and structure for targeted keywords.

Michaela Olsen

Consultant

Michaela graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 2009. Her specialties include stop motion animation, fabrication, illustration and art direction.

Elizabeth Mokas

Writing and Communications

Elizabeth brings over 20 years of marketing communications to her work at BaileyDonovan. She helps clients create a voice that speaks to their target audience. Elizabeth’s BA in English has supported her creation of multi-media, marketing content in the health care, financial services, business management, retail and publishing industries.

Bruce Olsen

Interactive Exhibit Design, Engineering, Fabrication

Bruce currently works with BaileyDonovan to develop interactive exhibits utilizing mechanical devices, electronics, and software to create immersive experiences. Bruce earned a BS from WPI and an MS from MIT in mechanical engineering.
